Unused hours
Carried forward one month only — then they expire. Plan your usage wisely each month.
Overage billing
Work beyond your monthly allocation is billed per hour at your package's overage rate — always approved first.
Monthly billing date
Invoiced on the 1st of each month, in advance. Payment required before the month commences.
After-hours rates
Work outside Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00, on weekends, or public holidays is billed at double the actual time spent.
Package flexibility
After implementation, you may move to any package. We recommend staying on your initial package in year one.
Travel costs
Vehicle travel at R4.95/km for on-site visits. Flights and accommodation charged at cost.
Odoo licensing
Retail IT manages all Odoo licensing on your behalf — user licences, databases, hosting — all passed on at cost.
Project billing
System builds: 70% on scope approval, 30% on delivery. Payable within 7 days of invoice date.
Intellectual property
All custom developments remain Retail IT's IP. Clients receive a right of use for the duration of the agreement.
