Business Profile
Odoo Users vs Employees — what's the difference?
Odoo charges per user — not per employee. A user is anyone who needs their own login to access Odoo (e.g. admin, manager, cashier). Employees who simply appear on payslips, timesheets, or HR records do not need a paid Odoo user account. A business with 50 staff may only need 8–12 Odoo users depending on who actually works in the system day to day.
Odoo Users
Remember: this is the number of system users, not your total headcount.

Odoo Platform Cost Indicator
⚠️ The figures below are indicative estimates based on your selections and publicly available Odoo pricing. These are Odoo's own platform costs — they are entirely separate from Retail IT's service fees. Your actual Odoo costs will be confirmed directly with Odoo and may vary based on your subscription plan, negotiated terms, and timing. Retail IT passes all Odoo costs through at cost with full source billing transparency.
Next Step — Our Support Packages
Before your discovery call, we recommend reading our Support Packages document so you understand how the model works. Packages aren't a licence fee — they're a monthly allocation of professional services time that covers your entire implementation and ongoing support.
